Wallace asked the Minister for Education and Science the steps his Department has taken since receipt of a document entitled memo no. 3 and the second application for prefabs for Laytown school in County Meath earlier in June 2003, following the decision after the initial February application refusing two prefabs for September 2003; if an urgent decision can be taken on the matter in view of matters (details supplied) and in view of the fact that there are only five working weeks left to the start of the school year; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
