Ceist:264 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Health and Children if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the budget for home help services in the South-Western Area Health Board of the ERHA has reduced expenditure of ?11.2 million in 2002 to a budget of ?9.6 million for 2003; his views on whether this reduction of 20% in real terms is acceptable; if he intends to provide additional funding to maintain services; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
