319 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has received an application from a person (details supplied) for a D3 visa; if his Department has been in contact with the person; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19234/03]

Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. McDowell)

A visa application was received in November 2002 from a person of the same name as that supplied by the Deputy. The visa was approved in December 2002. My Department has no record of any further contact from the person.
