61 Mr. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment when a work permit will be reissued in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [19483/03]

A work permit for the individual concerned expired on 1 July 2003 and to date there is no record of a valid application having been made on his behalf.
