I move:
That the Order of the Dáil of 18th June, 2002, to the extent that it orders that the Containment of Nuclear Weapons Bill 2000 [Seanad], be considered in Committee of the whole Dáil, be discharged and that the Bill be referred to the Select Committee on the Environment and Local Government pursuant to Standing Order 120(1) and paragraph (1)(a)(i) of the Committee's Orders of Reference.
