955 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Health and Children the basis on which an official from the South-Western Area Health Board visited a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; if the allegations on foot of which the visit took place were made by a person or persons with an interest in the outcome; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The matter referred to by the Deputy is the operational responsibility of the South Western Area Health Board. My Department has asked the regional chief executive of the Eastern Regional Health Authority to reply to the Deputy on the matter.
