Ceist:

1324 Mr. Cuffe asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government if he will consider removing the exemption from semi-State agencies such as ESB regarding the placement of mobile phone antennae on their premises. [21316/03]

The provisions concerned are contained in the Planning and Development Regulations 2001, which were comprehensively reviewed and approved by both Houses of the Oireachtas in November 2001. There is no proposal to amend these provisions of recent standing.
