260 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Education and Science if his attention has been drawn to the fact that there are not proper facilities at Our Lady of Mercy Primary and Mercy Secondary School Sligo for parents to drop off and pick up their children; the steps he will immediately put in place to remedy this situation as this is currently a no parking area; and if he will make a statement on the matter. An application in respect of external works has been received from the primary school mentioned. However, the application does not specifically include the issues raised in the Deputy's question. Further clarification will be sought from the school on the precise nature of the works required.
