225 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Health and Children when a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will be refunded the overcharge payments due to the non-completion of the necessary regulation by his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21616/03]
The General Medical Services (Payments) Board is the body charged with making refunds of overpayments on behalf of the Department. The claims received are presently being processed and payment of refunds has already commenced. All claims received by the deadline of 31 October 2003 will be processed and paid by the end of December.
