262 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Land Registry Office will expedite applications (details supplied), in view of the fact that the delays are causing severe financial hardship and are preventing the building of a home. [21728/03]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that these are two applications for voluntary transfer of part which were lodged on 17 January 2001. Dealing numbers D2001SM000399A and D2001SM000400V refer. I am further informed that both dealings were completed on 30 September 2003.
