279 Mr. P. Breen asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government when the preliminary report will be approved for the Labasheeda, Carrigaholt and Cooraclare DBO sewerage schemes in order that Clare County Council can proceed to prepare contract documents; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Carrigaholt-Labasheeda-Cooraclare sewerage scheme is included in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2003-2005 to commence construction in 2005. The preliminary report for the scheme submitted by Clare County Council is under examination in my Department and will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
