281 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the number of Freedom of Information requests received by his Department during each week from January 2003 to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21668/03]
The Deputy will be aware from my reply to his question of 1 July 2003 that 43 requests under the Freedom of Information Act 1997 were received by my Department up to the end of June this year. A further 12 requests have since been received, seven in July, one in August and four in September, bringing to 55 the total of requests under the Act received since the beginning of this year. A weekly breakdown of these requests is provided below.
