Ceist:

90 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Defence the number of Freedom of Information requests received by his Department during each week from January 2003 to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21657/03]

The Deputy will be aware that the Department of Defence, the Army Pensions Board and the Defence Forces are separate and distinct bodies under the Freedom of Information Acts 1997 and 2003. The information sought by the Deputy is as set out in the table hereunder. There were no requests received by the Army Pensions Board during the period in question.
