282 Mr. Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Education and Science the steps he intends to take to ensure the insulation of new windows for Killorglin community college, Killorglin, County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22074/03]

An application has been recieved within my Department for replacement windows at Killorglin community college.

Funding for the proposed works will be considered in light of budgetary allocations for 2004 and subsequent years. The school building programme will be published early in 2004 and will indicate projects which will proceed during the course of the year. The scale of the programme will be dependant on the level of funding being made available for capital projects through the budgetary process.
