388 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children when domiciliary care allowance will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick. [21888/03]

The assessment of entitlement to the domiciliary care allowance, including the appeals process, in any individual case is a matter for the relevant health board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer of the Mid-Western Health Board to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply directly to him.

390 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Health and Children when a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will be awarded domiciliary carer's allowance; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22120/03]
