399 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Health and Children if additional funding will be provided to the Western Health Board to complete the outstanding works in St. Coman's ward at Roscommon County Hospital; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21848/03]
I am very aware that St. Comans ward is in need of up-grading. Plans have been agreed with the Western Health Board design team, local management and their technical services Department. Funding to complete the refurbishment of St. Coman's ward is included in the €7 million minor capital funding which I announced in July.
