Ceist:427 Mr. Connaughton asked the Minister for Health and Children when the Hanley report will be published, if hospitals such as the Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe, County Galway, are likely to lose or have severely downgraded their maternity and accident and emergency departments, if the report places a barrier on the future development of a hospital such as this, and if he will make a statement on the matter.
