433 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children his views on the issues and cases being reported to him and the SEHB by the Kilkenny advocacy team, if he has consulted the SEHB regarding these matters, if he has established an enquiry into the issues raised and if he will make a statement on the matter. Responsibility for the provision of services to persons with intellectual disability and those with autism in the Kilkenny region lies, in the first instance, with the South-Eastern Health Board. My Department has, therefore, asked the chief executive of the board to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply directly to him.
