Vol. 572 No. 2

Written Answers. - Road Traffic Offences.

Tony Gregory

Ceist:

186 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Gardaí can arrange to move an abandoned vehicle at a location (details supplied) which residents say is obstructing emergency services such as the ambulance and fire brigade from entering a small residential cul de sac. [22713/03]

I have had inquiries made with the Garda authorities and I am informed that this matter has been investigated. The vehicle referred to is owned by a person in the area and is not abandoned or stolen. At the time of the investigation the lorry was not parked at the location referred to.
