I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves, in accordance with Article 29.5.1º of Bunreacht na hÉireann, the ratification of the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture, be referred to the Select Committee on Agriculture and Food, in accordance with paragraph (1) of the orders of reference of that committee, which, not later than 11 November 2003, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.
