177 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for Education and Science if the application by a school (details supplied) in Dublin 11 for funding to erect security fencing will be included in the 2004 capital programme in view of the delays outlined in correspondence (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. The application to erect security fencing at the school to which the Deputy refers will be considered in the context of the financial allocation for 2004 and subsequent years and the competing priorities for that funding.
