173 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his office receives information from the Courts Service setting out the number of community service orders made in the past 12 months; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24738/03]

I am advised that the Courts Service Annual Report for 2002, a copy of which has been supplied to the Clerk of the Dáil to be laid before the House, contains statistics in relation to community service orders.
