494 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if the SEHB has satisfied itself regarding the circumstances of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; if they have investigated the case; if they have been in contact with this person's parents; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The case referred to by the Deputy is an operational matter for the South-Eastern Health Board. Accordingly, my Department has asked the chief executive officer of the South-Eastern Health Board to investigate the matter and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
