579 Mr. F. McGrath asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Garda have a strategy to clamp down on the use of fireworks over the next few weeks; and if his attention has been drawn to the massive disruption to householders in the run-up to Hallowe'en. [25066/03]
