Ceist:622 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if two persons who visited a person (details supplied) in County Kildare on 21 October 2003 were in fact members of the Garda Síochána from Harcourt Street Garda station; if, in the course of their interview with the person, they indicated they were there to arrest the person; the grounds on which such visits are authorised and by the instigation of whom in these circumstances; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
