Ceist:624 Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when he will issue a substantive response to the dossier submitted to him on 27 June 2003 by the family of Sinn Féin Councillor Eddie Fullerton who was shot dead in his home in May 1991; the actions he proposes to take on foot of the information contained in the dossier; the contacts he has had with the British authorities on this matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
