Ceist:382 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Health and Children the community care area which is responsible for a person (details supplied); his views on whether this is an entirely unsatisfactory arrangement; if his Department will discern through which of the community care areas of the health board an application for orthopaedic shoes can be processed; the way in which, without a change in regulations, this person was deemed entitled to such footwear on two previous occasions but is now deemed no longer so; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
