Ceist:

427 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Transport the percentage of flights from Derry to Dublin and from Dublin to Derry which have, from 31 September 2002 to 31 September 2003 operated at 100%, 90%, 80%, 70%, 60%, 50% and less than 50% capacity; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The PSO air service linking Derry and Dublin is operated by Loganair using a 34-seater Saab 340b aircraft. According to information supplied by the carrier, the percentage of flights which were operated at the specified load factors between 1 October 2002 and 30 September 2003, is as follows:
