Ceist:

503 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if funding for managers to manage completed buildings funded under round one of the young peoples facilities and services fund has been ring-fenced; if so, when it will be allocated in order that the buildings, for example, youth centres and community centres, can function; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The national assessment committee of the young person's facilities and services fund is meeting the various development groups to discuss a number of issues, including the staffing requirements of capital projects completed under the first round of funding. They are also discussing the funding of capital and services projects under round two of the fund. I expect decisions to be made on these issues early in 2004.
