130 Mr. Connaughton asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when the 2002 and 2003 suckler cow grant and area based payment will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Galway; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [27083/03]
The person named is not an applicant under the 2002 or 2003 suckler cow premium schemes. Payment under the 2002 area-based compensatory allowance scheme issued on 15 October 2003 in the name of the previous herdowner. There has been a change of ownership and payment under the 2003 scheme will issue shortly to the person named.
