Ceist:261 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government the position in regard to the Derrybeg-Bunbeg sewerage scheme, County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [27021/03]

Bunbeg and Derrybeg will be served by the Gweedore sewerage scheme which is included in my Departments water services investment programme 2003-2005 to commence construction in 2004.
A certificate of completion of planning is awaited from Donegal County Council to allow my Department to finalise its consideration of the contract documents for the scheme.
