58 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government the agreement which was reached by the IMVRA, the MMAI and the SIMI in December 2001, concerning end-of-life vehicles; the discussions he has had with interested parties following that agreement; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
