108 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Finance the extent to which he has been in contact with Kildare County Council or the Office of Public Works with a view to the alleviation of flooding at a location (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I refer the Deputy to my replies to his most recent parliamentary questions on this matter, Question No. 142 of 28 May 2003 and Question No. 240 of 11 November 2003. No further discussions have taken place and the matter remains in the hands of Kildare County Council.
