317 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government the number of houses which have been given to local authorities throughout the State on a county basis under Part V of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2002; and the number of these houses which have been made available for affordable housing. Information on the number of houses, including affordable housing units, acquired by each local authority under Part V of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended, is published in my Department's housing statistics bulletins, copies of which are available in the Oireachtas Library.
