I propose to take Questions Nos. 193 and 196 together.
My Department expects to use the full allocation of €342.9 million for the 2003 building programme for the primary and post-primary sectors. To date €297 million has been expended and it is anticipated that the balance of €45.9 million will be spent by year end.
