Written Answers. - Pension Provisions.
I can confirm that I have seen the newspaper article in question. The pensions board has been reviewing the compliance of the IFI executive pension scheme with pensions legislation. Arising from that review, some issues have been referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions. It is now a matter for the DPP to determine what action, if any, should be taken with regard to the scheme.
