452 Mr. Blaney asked the Minister for Health and Children his plans to refund VAT to Donegal Hospital Limited, Letterkenny, County Donegal for beds purchased for use in the hospice; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [31112/03]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 403 to 405, inclusive, and 452 together.

The correspondence referred to by the Deputies has recently been received by my Department. My officials are considering the application and will be in contact with the company in the near future.
