406 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a reply has not been received from the health authority in regard to Parliamentary Question No. 367 of 11 November 2003 (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [30686/03]

My Department has been in touch with the Eastern Regional Health Authority concerning this case and the authority has informed my Department that a reply has now issued direct to the Deputy.
