Ceist:

421 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Health and Children the way in which the circumstances of a person (details supplied) in County Mayo have changed resulting in the reduction of home help hours; and the change in their circumstances which resulted in the review and reduction of home help in view of the fact that a previous parliamentary question placed in this regard was not replied to in full. [30742/03]

As the Deputy will be aware, the provision of health services in the Mayo area is, in the first instance, the responsibility of the Western Health Board. My Department has, therefore, asked the chief executive of the board to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply direct to him as a matter of urgency.
