Ceist:447 Ms O. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children when a report on reform of marriage law will be published by the interdepartmental committee under the chairmanship of his Department. [30990/03]

The interdepartmental committee will, within the next week, publish further discussion papers on a number of the topics being addressed within the context of its work. Following a period of consultation, the committee hopes to be in a position to issue its report during the first quarter of 2004.
