468 Ms O. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if a reply to Parliamentary Question No. 168 of 20 November 2003 will be issued in view of the fact that the Office of Tobacco Control has not to date been asked to reply. [31223/03]

Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):

I am advised that the Office of Tobacco Control was contacted by my Department on the date in question and requested to reply directly to the Deputy. The office has advised that a reply has now issued.
