I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Costello — the need for the Minister to ensure that all security firms are licensed and that a statutory code governs the delivery of large sums of money; (2) Deputy Neville — the need for the Minister to discuss the inadequate capital funding under the equal opportunities child care programme to four groups in County Limerick; (3) Deputy Finian McGrath — the need for a debate on a public inquiry into the Stardust fire tragedy; (4) Deputy Cowley — the need for the Minister to explain why a school (details supplied) is to lose the equivalent of two teachers due to the withdrawal of funding; (5) Deputy Crawford — the need for the Minister to provide the essential extra funding to a school in Cavan (details supplied); (6) Deputy Catherine Murphy — the need for the Minister to outline his views on the proposal to change the airspace licence at Weston Aerodrome; and (7) Deputy Shortall — the need to clarify the reasons a school (details supplied) has not been offered a place in the DEIS programme.

The matters raised by Deputies Neville, Costello, Finian McGrath and Crawford have been selected for discussion.
