I move:
That Dáil Éireann, notwithstanding the Order of 5th July, 2006, requesting the Joint Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights, or a sub Committee thereof, to consider, including in public session, the Report of the Independent Commission of Inquiry into the Bombing of Kay's Tavern, Dundalk, and to report back to Dáil Éireann by 17th November, 2006, now requests the Joint Committee, or a sub Committee thereof, to report back not later than 1st December, 2006.
