I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the following Orders in draft:
(i) Regional Fisheries Boards (Postponement of Elections) Order 2007,
(ii) Fisheries (Miscellaneous Commercial Licences) (Alteration of Duties) Order 2007,
copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 8th November, 2007, be referred to the Joint Committee on Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, in accordance with paragraph (2) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 5th December, 2007, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.
