I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Orders in draft:
(i) Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income and Capital Gains) (Republic Turkey) Order 2008, and
(ii) Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income) (Malta) Order 2008,
copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 17th November, 2008, be referred to the Select Committee on Finance and the Public Service in accordance with paragraph (1) the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 25th November, 2008, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.
