I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the accession by Ireland to the terms of the Agreement for co-operation in dealing with Pollution of the North Sea by Oil and other Harmful Substances, as amended by the Decision of 21 September 2001 by the Contracting parties to enable the Access of Ireland to the Agreement (the Bonn Agreement), copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 18 November, 2009, be referred to the Select Committee on Transport, in accordance with paragraph (1) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 17 December, 2009 shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.
