Adjournment Debate Matters.

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Leo Varadkar — the construction and completion of the N2-N3 link road; (2) Deputy Chris Andrews — the introduction of a levy on chewing gum; (3) Deputy Lucinda Creighton — the reductions in PRSI benefits in respect of dental, optical and aural treatment; (4) Deputy Brian O'Shea — the need to provide interpreters for deaf persons who wish to attend Waterford Institute of Technology; (5) Deputy Emmet Stagg — the site on which the Waterways housing estate in Sallins, County Kildare was developed; (6) Deputy Thomas P. Broughan — the proposed restructuring of Teagasc; (7) Deputy Pat Breen — the future of special needs assistants employed in schools in County Clare; (8) Deputy Róisín Shortall — the need to reinstate the funding of projects which have been mainstreamed by the Department of Education and Science in local task force areas; (9) Deputy Joe Costello — the need to establish an all-party Oireachtas committee to review the decision to centralise medical card applications and renewals; and (10) Deputy James Reilly — the provision of funding for St. Oliver Plunkett's national school, Malahide, County Dublin.

The matters raised by Deputies Joe Costello, Chris Andrews, Brian O'Shea and James Reilly have been selected for discussion.
