Question declared lost.

A Cheann Comhairle, is it within the remit of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to advise the House before he disappears into the ether and we do not see him for some time, as to what date the Government now intends to proceed with the by-election for Donegal South-West? Would he so make that announcement here and now?

We shall move on, Deputy.
