I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, in the case of the Vaue-Added Tax Consolidation Bill 2010—
(a) Report Stage shall be taken today, Tuesday, 16 November 2010; and
(b) Fifth Stage shall be taken immediately after the conclusion of the proceedings on Report Stage.
