I am required to read the following into the record of the House. For the information of the Dáil, I wish to announce that today I accepted the resignation of Deputy Willie Penrose as Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government. I thank Deputy Penrose for his efforts as Minister of State with responsibility for housing.
